Boyfriend Beats Boy to Death

Mother, boyfriend beat 3-year-old boy to death

WEST CALN TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A 3-year-old boy was savagely beaten to death by his mother and her boyfriend, police say.

CBS Philadelphia reports that 31-year-old Jillian Tait and 23-year-old Gary Fellenbaum were charged Thursday in the death of Scotty McMillan.
Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan had tears in his eyes as he described the weeks of horrible abuse Scotty suffered before dying. The duo are accused of slowly killing McMillan over the course of three days, using a homemade whip, a piece of aluminum siding and even their fists, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Hogan said before Scotty died Tuesday, he had been hung upside down by his feet and spent time taped to a chair for the beatings. The couple also reportedly also hit the child with a frying pan repeatedly.  “Though the heavens may fall, justice will be done to these defendants,” Hogan said.
He said his office will pursue the death penalty.

They are also accused of beating Scotty’s brother six-year-old Ryan McMillan. Both children are Tait’s from a previous relationship.  All four moved into a trailer in West Caln Township last month, with Fellenbaum’s wife and their 11-month-old daughter.  Police say both Fellenbaum and Tait abused both boys for weeks, but the violence escalated by Sunday. The couple allegedly used homemade weapons.  “They whipped Scotty. They whipped him with a curtain rod,” Hogan said. “And while they were doing that they were laughing.”

Hogan told CBS Phildelphia, “You see here aluminum siding from a window.  And that, of course, are the holes in the wall where heads are going through the wall.”  Police say Scotty was beaten so badly Tuesday he became unresponsive, but instead of getting help Tait and Fellenbaum left him alone on this air mattress.  “They went shopping,  and went out for pizza and came back and fooled around,” Hogan said.

The trailer where Scotty spent his final days is also home to Amber Fellenbaum, Gary Fellenbaum’s wife, and her 11-month-old daughter with Fellenbaum.  Amber Fellenbaum found Scotty dead Tuesday and called 911.  Hogan says she knew about the beatings and never called police. She is now facing child endangerment charges.

Ex Baltimore Ravens cheerleader Molly Shattuck arrested, charged with rape

(CNN) — The woman who was once the oldest cheerleader in the NFL faces rape charges for alleged sexual encounters with a teenager at a Delaware vacation home.

Former Baltimore Ravens cheerleader Molly Shattuck, 47, turned herself in to authorities on Wednesday and was arraigned on charges of third-degree rape, unlawful sexual contact and providing alcohol to minors, police said. Shattuck’s alleged relationship with the 15-year-old boy “began in the area in which they resided near Baltimore, Maryland, and culminated with Shattuck providing alcohol to minors and engaging in a sexual relationship with the 15-year-old male at a vacation rental home in Bethany Beach, Delaware, over Labor Day weekend,” Delaware State Police said.

She has pleaded not guilty and posted $84,000 bail, CNN affiliate WBAL reported. “This is a difficult situation for everyone involved. Thank you for your time,” defense attorney Michelle Lipkowitz said, according to WBAL

Shattuck became the oldest cheerleader in the NFL when she joined the Ravens’ squad in 2005 at age 38. In 1997, she married Mayo Shattuck III, the former CEO of Constellation Energy. The two are separated and going through a divorce, according to WBAL. A 2008 profile of Shattuck on the Ravens’ website described her as a “well-known civic leader in Baltimore.” That year, she appeared on the FOX reality show “Secret Millionaire,” living for a week on low wages in a coal-mining town in eastern Pennsylvania, according to the profile.

Shattuck was nominated for a service award from Maryland’s governor’s office this year for her work. She also published a book, “Vibrant Living,” detailing her 21-day “back-to-basics approach to better health and better habits.”

Innocence

Implanting Indifference in Children’s Hearts

I can’t remember ever being in the wrong place at the wrong time.  This post is the first of it’s kind from this Editor, totally off the top of my head.  I can only imagine the look on the face of a certain man who writes with 2 instruments, a rapier and a 2-handed sword (wouldn’t you know it, he has a new friend that has the same style).

I was very prepared for this post early this morning, but I trusted my feelings (I had a teacher who looked as if I had thrown cold water on him,  when I said these words for the first time, he calmly set his rapier aside and said “You win, I’ll teach you Latin”).  The more research I did, the angrier I got, so here we are, shall we begin.

What are the virtues of a Good Parent?  One who accidentally gives their child a dose of morphine?  A parent who disciplines their young child by making her stand outside in the cold for 2 hours?  A parent whose babysitter is a hot car in summer temperatures?  A parent that believes drugs ruined America, and molests his children at night?  Or the lenient parents who let the child run wild, who now has an STD at a very young age? Or perhaps one of these: habitual liar, drinks alcohol, cusses every 4 words, uses drugs, violent, or somewhere down the road you find out your siblings are all dead…  Murdered Before They Were BORN.

I found something wrong with every site I selected for their “input” on virtues of a good parent, with the exception of maybe 2.  I Do Not believe in whipping a child like an animal (I purposely used these words..  I WILL warn you that if a certain person sees you mistreating an animal, you will never do it again), although if a child is given a rule from the the first moment they begin walking, like when they come in the kitchen while a meal is being prepared, and go to the hot cook stove.  If you are a wise parent, this will be an early rule, “no-no sweetheart hot hot, burn my Baby”;  sooner or later, if this continues to the point where you just got on this child for doing something else wrong, and you see the child out of the corner of your eye, glance at you and head straight for that stove, it’s action time.  What happens here is the beginning of making a spoiled brat, or a child who follows house rules, and GOD’S rules, Honor your Father and Mother..

It is NOT Good Parenting for a child to see or hear it’s parents do or say any of the above, nor see their parents do vile things.  No One on this Earth is completely innocent, but a child is as close as it gets, and it is WRONG to take this away from them.  I saw the statement “1 in 3 women will have an abortion in their lifetime”, then I noticed there is a “1 in 3 Campaign” which is a project of ADVOCATES FOR YOUTH?  Furthermore, their motto is “Rights, Respect, Responsibility?  These people are teaching Children that MURDER is OK.  I have got 1 thing to say to “ADVOCATES FOR YOUTH”, and anyone who takes the innocence of a Child.  If you believe in doing this to a Child, while you are teaching them INDIFFERENCE, teach them another language: De corde enim exeunt cogitationes malae, homicidia, adulteria, fornicationes, furta, falsa testimonia, blasphemiae:   Haec sunt, quae coinquinant hominem. Non lotis autem manibus manducare, non coinquinat hominem.
