A Roscoe Texas man was indicted after court documents say he traveled to Abilene to have sex with who he thought was a 13-year-old girl.
Jackie Alvarez was actually talking to members of the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department when he contacted the 13-year-old via social media.
When he showed up, the Sheriff’s Department was there to arrest him.
Alvarez was indicted on a charge of online solicitation of a minor.
