30 Days For a Life Sounds Like Victim Blaming

I WILL NOT GO QUIETLY INTO THE NIGHT!!!!

All these symposiums, conferences, and meetings on Child Abuse this month sound real good;  but as I look at all the resources we have compiled, along with the certified studies, articles, and Our posts, I am not impressed.

TOO FRESH is the memory of what Alan Fountain went through in Georgia.  Nine months ago, I would have thought the petition Alan got together would have had a million signatures in a week or two, or at least 50,000 within a month.

TOO FRESH is New Mexico’s total disregard for Our Children, let alone Dereliction Of Duty due to the fact that at least 12 Sex Offenders were allowed to live far too close to a Day Care Center.

TOO FRESH is the sadness in my heart for my beloved Texas failing to report Child Abuse deaths

TOO FRESH is the 6,000 Child Abuse reports found in the trash in Arizona, the New York Daily News’ choice to post unsubstantiated reports of Clergy Abusing Children in Australia while New York falls further behind in investigating Child Abuse reports, or even Pennsylvania ignoring Sex Offenders and Child Sexual Abuse in their own school systems.

I say this because even as I looked at the new-born, beautiful little girl, I realized 11-year-old Raashanai and 3-year-old Scotty had come to see her….
