NIAGARA FALLS, NY – A free, two-hour training workshop on the prevention of child abuse is being offered at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.
Survivor stories and expert insight make up the elements of a Stewards of Children workshop, created by a national organization called Darkness to Light, made available through the Child Advocacy Center of Niagara.
Groups of 10 or more can participate in the session at the hospital or at an organization’s meeting place.
Workshops will be led by Jacqueline Pritchard, education and outreach coordinator for the Child Advocacy Center of Niagara and a trained Darkness to Light-Stewards of Children facilitator. To learn more or to schedule a workshop email CACofNiagara@nfmmc.org or call 285-0045.
