How can CPS Employees submit manufactured instruments in a Court Of Law in The United States of America and not be held accountable for their actions????

How can the rape and molestation of Our Children while in CPS care be ignored????

How can so many Children die while in CPS care year after year, yet they are not held accountable????

Disproportionality and disparity in the child welfare system

In the United States, data suggests that a disproportionate number of Native American children enter the foster care system. 

Differing rates of disproportionality are seen at key decision points including the reporting of abuse, substantiation of abuse, and placement into foster care. 

Research has shown that there is no difference in the rate of abuse and neglect among minority populations when compared to Caucasian children that would account for the disparity.

I want you all to know that CPS is so corrupt that while they can’t coverup the extreme number of Children stolen from Native American Families, their far-reaching lies corrupt as much as possible of what is written for the public to see.  CASE IN POINT, the above paragraph is wrong on one very important point:

In cases of Sexual Assault and Child Sexual Assault, over 80 to 85% of the time it is Family or someone close to family, in every race but two (2), and those are Alaskan Native and Native American.

– Alaskan Native and Native American Girls and Women know the perp in LESS THAN 30% OF THE CASES!!!!

Title 42 United States Code Section 1983 states that citizens can sue in federal courts any person who acting under a color of law to deprive the citizens of their civil rights under the pretext of a regulation of a state.

    1. Yes it is, and I know some people prefer me not to drag CPS through the mud, but there is 2 things wrong with that, (besides the Children), and they don’t walk that way.

        However CPS sealed their own fate long before now, the 500 Children in Florida, the 150 in Massachusetts, Alabama, Texas, New Mexico, then there is also 6,500 uninvestigated CPS case files thrown in an Arizona dumpster, Georgia Cronys, Pennsylvania’s ever changing numbers, and then there is New York and their attempts to coverup their short-comings by throwing The Clergy under the bus.

  2. Child protective services is not above the law and, it is going to take people like you and, me,many others to stand up and, get them under control. The gaul of these people thinking they can take our children on their pretence of what they claim so many loving families to be abusing their children, then take the children, put them in such protective sexual abusers, people that enjoy starving our children to death,beating them to death,medicating them on some supposed to be child protective services specialist doctor when there’s nothing wrong with the childs health and, in many cases even kill the children all in the name of their expertise of the best interests of the children is beyond my compression. They need to be put in prison as well as any parent /parents are for child abuse and, it is our job to see that our children get justice from them too!
    We Have to push forward to see that these actions are taken to prosacute them just as family who commit these crimes against their children are. As you know, I am a sickened grieving grand mother that sits day in and day out worring about my grand children, which is also elderly abuse, that would give anything to have my grand children and, should have. Their pissed poor excuse that I am to old to have them at my age of 59yrs, doesn’t hold a drop of sense, that’s the only excuse they could come up with in my case. I want my grand kids back, my case is still open, there is no excuse, the natives are as heartless as cps is,they know how much I love these kids yet they agreed to have them placed with temporary adoptive couple, total strangers simply to keep these kids from being loved by their family members.

      Thank You so much for your comment, but if I may ask, in what general area do you reside????
      I ask because I would like to know more about your story, the more people aware of what the REAL STORY is, the sooner we will see results and hopefully more than a few arrests with prison time.
