CPS Workers, Investigator Out After 4-Year-Old Child’s Death

Two Texas Child Protective Services workers were fired and a third resigned following the death of a 4-year-old girl in Grand Prairie, the agency confirms.

Leiliana Wright died March 13.  Her mother and the woman’s boyfriend have both been arrested, accused of felony injury to a child in connection with the death.

In a statement Monday, a CPS agency spokesperson said, “the caseworker and supervisor on the case have been dismissed from the agency.  A CPS Special Investigator who worked on the case resigned.”

The child’s paternal grandmother told NBC 5 she had contacted CPS to report her concerns with Leiliana’s well-being.

“I called CPS. I called the governor.  I called whoever I could,” grandmother Alisa Clakely said.  “I took pictures and sent them to CPS.”

In response, Clakely said CPS case workers told her they would look into the issues.  But then, nothing would happen.

“If we had done something sooner, I don’t know,” Clakely said.  “I don’t know.”
The child’s mother, Jeri Quezada, is being held on $500,000 bond while Charles Phifer is being held on $1 million bond.

In an arrest affidavit released last week, police allege the couple used heroin and repeatedly beat and restrained the girl before she stopped breathing, after which the child was transported to an area hospital where she was pronounced dead.

According to CPS, Leiliana’s case is being reviewed internally.  A full report will be released in the next few weeks.

The Time For Realignment Of CPS Is NOW!!!!

I have a very sad, heartbreaking story to post, and I want to ask all of you to please read the story.  But more than that, even though I have listed time and time again, the cruel, mean, and against the law exploits these feelingless renegades and sick minded mavericks of CPS who seem to think persecuting Children, Parents, and Families is their sole purpose on this earth.

What I dislike about this evil that is forced upon Our Children, which rips away the illusion of the good in this world, just as the out-of-control violence, is the fact that the Clergy was forced to stand alone and face their accusers.

The Dennis Hasterts of this world sit on the side-line, right next to Jared Fogle’s empty chair, above justice and unrepentant, just as DHHS(CPS).

All the while, the huddled masses haven’t a clue, soon the break will end and the Lemming-Like feel gooders will resume tipping their glasses to Dionysus while resuming their rush toward the sea. Totally ignorant, they are, of the dropping odds in the Russian Roulette game of life and death, for tonight may very well be the first moment of ending life as the talented Mercury.

I hope you all will take the time to read this review of these “poor, overworked, heroes”, I was crying so hard, that I almost took up a collection for these mistreated LIARS.

Then I want to leave you with this last bit of information, before I bring you the story of Leiliana Wright, a Dear 4-year-old girl, that paid her last tab on March 13, 2016.

The Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution says that a state may not make a law that abridges “… the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States” and no state may “deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;  nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”  Title 42 United States Code Section 1983[57] states that citizens can sue in federal courts any person who acting under a color of law to deprive the citizens of their civil rights under the pretext of a regulation of a state.
