File your formal complaint in opposition to Biden’s public school rule proposal

Last year, we tried to stop the U.S. Senate from confirming a radical to President Joe Biden’s Department of Education.  Despite our warnings, LGBTQ activist Catherine Lhamon was approved to the Office of Civil Rights and is now driving her agenda to force all public schools in America to allow biological males who identify as female to use the girls’ restroom and locker room.

The Department of Education under Lhamon is now proposing a new rule that will put women’s safety and privacy at risk and deprive women of athletic and professional opportunities.  It would do so by radically rewriting Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.

TAKE ACTION NOW

  • If this rule is approved, biological males would be able to:
  • Openly change in girl’s dressing rooms.
  • Take college and university scholarships specifically reserved for women.
  • Use their position to charge schools with discrimination if they feel they aren’t getting enough “playing” time.
  • File a formal sexual harassment complaint against any female who speaks out against men in women’s sports.
  • Share hotel rooms with females during overnight trips.
  • Enjoy physical advantages like greater lung capacity, higher bone density, and greater muscle mass.

Title IX already prohibits discrimination based on sex in any educational program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.  It’s enforced by the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights.

The new rule proposed by Biden’s Department of Education will redefine “sex” to include “sex stereotypes, sex-related characteristics (including intersex traits), pregnancy or related conditions, sexual orientation, and gender identity.”

TAKE ACTION: File your comment in opposition to this proposed rule by the Biden Administration.

By law, the Biden administration must give citizens a period in which they may comment on new rules proposals.  The deadline to submit your comment is September 12.

Already, the Biden administration has had to withdraw two rules because of overwhelming public pressure in opposition.  Your action makes a difference!

Brave teacher tells school board:
Teach education, not left wing ideas

A Louisiana high school teacher laid it on the line recently when he correctly told the local school board that gender identity education was “liberal ideology” that is creeping into New Orleans area classrooms.

Jonathan Koeppel, a third-year Spanish teacher, played a clip from a lesson used by students called “BrainPop,” in which children are directed to stop using personal pronouns like “he” and “she” and begin using gender neutral words like “they.”

While addressing the school board, he said, “This isn’t a political indoctrination camp, it’s public education.”  His full address can be heard in viral video circulating the web.

“I was really shocked when I found out that a children’s program was promoting this idea that there are infinite genders to children,” Koeppel told the Daily Caller.  “When I saw this was happening, I realized that kids in my area were being exposed to this; I said you know what, I am not going to be quiet about it.  I am going to make a very firm stance.”

More and more educators are beginning to stand up and speak out against social experimentation and the indoctrination of public school children into “progressive” ideology.

Jonathon Koeppel is a champion that parents should applaud and an inspirational example to other teachers who want to see common sense teaching returned to the classroom.

U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) will soon attempt to pass the radical Equality Act — a bill designed to wield a wrecking ball to religious liberty.  The bill has nothing to do with equality, but everything to do with punishing Christians’ religious liberty.

The deceptively named Equality Act passed the Democratic controlled House in 2019 when 8 Republicans voted for the bill and 16 Republicans refused to vote against the bill.  The Democratic party, now having a majority in both chambers, as well as the presidency, are attempting to pass the bill again this week.

Take action now by sending your U.S. Representative a message to vote “NO” on the Equality Act.

The bill is yet to be introduced, but that won’t prevent House Democrats from advancing the anti-religious liberty legislation by violating regular House rules, bypassing the normal committee process, and going straight to a floor vote.

According to a February 16 letter to members of Congress, House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) said, “Members should be aware that the House may need to remain in session through the weekend next week to [consider] . . . . the Equality Act, which will end legal discrimination against LGBTQ Americans.”

This destructive legislation goes far beyond the recent and disastrous Supreme Court decision to add sexual orientation and gender identity as a civil right for government employment purposes under Title VII.  If the House and Senate were to pass Speaker Pelosi’s bill and Democratic President Joe Biden were to sign it into law, it would unleash radical liberals to attack those whose faith teaches that marriage is only between one man and one woman and that sexual identity of male and female is a fixed, biological fact.

By government edict, business owners, employees, and customers alike will be subject to a radical LGBT agenda:

  • Female business owners, customers, and employees would be forced to share spaces in restrooms and dressing rooms with men who claim to be women.
  • Women’s sports would be forced to open up to the participation of men who claim to be women.
  • Health care providers and professionals would be forced to perform gender transition procedures (sex changes) and provide medical services (hormone therapy) that would violate their moral and religious convictions.
  • Adoption and foster care agencies will be forced to place children into same sex households and into homes of individuals suffering from gender confusion.  College and professional sports stadiums would be required to open their restrooms to either sex.

The Democratic Party has clearly laid out its intent to force Christians to submit to radical sexual deviancy.  The Party’s platform has stated, ‘We support a progressive vision of religious freedom that respects pluralism and rejects the misuse of religion to discriminate.”

The “progressive vision” of religious liberty for Democrats was made clear by Chai Feldblum, the former commissioner of the Obama administration’s Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Feldblum staked out the view of the Democratic Party when she said:

“I’m having a hard time coming up with any case in which religious liberty should win. …  Sexual liberty should win in most cases.  There can be a conflict between religious liberty and sexual liberty, but in almost all cases the sexual liberty should win because that’s the only way that the dignity of gay people can be affirmed in any realistic manner.” (Emphasis added.)
